What is "Pending Credit" on my balance check?
If you recharged online but haven't tapped your card at a metro gate or solar machine yet, the amount will show as Pending Credit. Why is my balance not updating after recharge?
This is a common issue with online top-ups. The "Pending Credit" needs to be written to the card chip. simply use the card at any Metro Gate or Payment Kiosk to activate the new balance. If utilizing the Nol Pay app, tap the card against your phone again after payment to write the balance.
How can I check my last 10 transactions?
Use the Nol Pay App (Android/iOS). When you scan your card via NFC, there is a tab for "Transaction History" which shows your recent trips, top-ups, and fare deductions.
